About

I am an EU research and funding specialist with extensive experience in Horizon Europe, research management, proposal evaluation, monitoring, reporting, and research synthesis.

I work with research teams, EU-funded projects, universities, and research centres to turn complex information into clear, well-structured, evaluator-oriented documents.

My work focuses on proposal quality review, desk research, literature and policy reviews, impact and dissemination narratives, policy briefs, research reports, monitoring and reporting inputs, and strategic feedback for EU-funded projects.

I am especially interested in Horizon Europe / FP10 readiness and in the ways universities, research teams, and support offices can prepare earlier and more strategically for European research and innovation opportunities.

Recent professional development includes a verified course in Introduction to Research Management and Administration, offered by King’s College London through edX.

Professional Background

I have worked across the EU research and innovation ecosystem as a researcher, editor, evaluator, monitor, rapporteur, research manager, and programme/policy expert.

This combination of roles gives me a strong understanding of how research projects are designed, assessed, implemented, communicated, monitored, and translated into convincing written outputs.

My experience allows me to look at proposals, reports, briefs, and research documents from multiple perspectives: the research team, the evaluator, the project officer, the institutional support structure, and the intended audience.
